About the role
We’re looking for a pro-active, ambitious type that wants the freedom to define how “tech” fits into the over Domino Studio journey - from launching our own ideas, to enabling our clients.
This is not a role where you sit on large corporate accounts and die a slow, billable death. This is a contributing role to how Domino Studio moves, shakes and grows.
Key responsibilities
Tech leadership
Stay on top of of the latest trends to ensure our projects are at the forefront.
Pro-active approach
Bringing ideas to the table for new initiatives that can push us forward.
Project Development
Lead the development of websites and digital products for next-generation, climate-focused companies.
Design Collaboration
Work closely with our designers, challenging and inspiring them to leverage the latest technological capabilities in their designs.
Freelance management
Handle and oversee freelance developers for larger projects, as well as collaborate with our partners at Kruso.
Quality Assurance
Ensure the highest quality, aiming to exceed client expectations and maintain our studio’s reputation for excellence.
Experience
— Proven experience in full-stack development.
— Strong leadership and team management skills.
— Keen interest and knowledge in climate-focused business solutions.
— Excellent collaboration and communication skills
— Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Package
Salary
50.000 SEK/m
+ profit sharing
Domino has 3 fixed salary bands and 100% equal benefits across the team, topping out at 50.000 SEK at leadership level. 35% of profits are split evenly among all employees annually.
